The Tourism Committee of Armenia has present the number of tourist visits to the country in September 2024.
Accordingly, the total number of tourist visits to Armenia was 236,561 in September 2024.
But last year, the number of tourist visits was 260,618 in September 2023, which accounts for a 10-percent drop.
During September 2024, the majority of tourists visiting Armenia came from Russia, accounting for 43 percent, Georgia—for 12 percent, and Iran—for 8 percent.
