YEREVAN. – Armenian Finance Ministry Inspectorate recovered 11.4 billion drams (approx. US$ 30 million) for the state budget in 2011, the department’s director Sona Gharibyan stated Tuesday.

This amount comprises monetary means and material assets of state-run enterprises.  

“In the first six months of 2011, we studied the social security domain,” Gharibyan noted. And in the latter half of the year, inspections were conducted at the Economy, Nature Protection, and Diaspora ministries, and at the Tavush and Vayots Dzor regional departments.
