Washington intends to return, through the deal on Ukrainian natural resources, all funds allocated to Kyiv, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller said on Tuesday.
The mineral deal will ultimately reimburse all the money the United States spent on this war, Miller said on the air of Fox News.
