From 5pm to 9pm on Monday, traffic and movement of persons will be restricted on Marshal Baghramyan Avenue—from the intersection of Marshal Baghramyan Avenue-Proshyan Street to the intersection of Marshal Baghramyan Avenue-Moskovyan Street—in order to ensure the safety of participants in state ceremonial events to be held in the Armenian capital city.

At the same hours, traffic and movement of persons will be restricted also on Derenik Demirchyan Street—from the intersection of Marshal Baghramyan Avenue-Derenik Demirchyan Street to the intersection of Derenik Demirchyan-Proshyan Streets.

Also, due to security reasons, Marshal Baghramyan Station of the Yerevan subway will not operate during the aforesaid hours.

Earlier, Armenian News-NEWS.am reported that US Vice President JD Vance and his wife, Usha Vance, will pay an official visit to Armenia on Monday and Tuesday.

This evening, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will meet with the US Vice President, after which they will make statements.
