YEREVAN. - Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC is introducing a new automated system to optimize network’s work.

Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) developed by Microsoft will be used to improve management, company’s press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“ERP introduction will allow us to work more efficiently, make better management decisions based on accurate and timely data, plan and simulate various options for the development of the company, to quickly and effectively address the issues of control over financial flows, analyze costs and control deviations, actual costs, revenues and profits,” Electric Networks of Armenia Director General Yevgeni Bibin said.

Material and technical basis and manufacturing capabilities of the energy system was created in the 60-70s of the last century, and now it is already worn out. Electricity generation requires a reliable and trouble-free operation of the equipment. Therefore, maintenance and repair of equipment is an important problem.
