The Turkish police and military are shooting on the streets even after a curfew was imposed in the primarily Kurdish-populated Silvan city in the Diyarbakır Province of Turkey.

The police have already killed four people since the announcement of the curfew in Silvan, and they continue their attacks against the local population, reported the Kurdish DIHA news agency.

The Turkish police and military are firing random shots in the street, and as a result, there also are many wounded.

The Kurdish population of Silvan, however, continues to go out to the streets and protest against the oppression.
