Two explosions occurred in Kandahar province of Afghanistan, where the meeting of the governor, police chief, and a senior diplomat from the United Arab Emirates was taking place, reports TOLO News ed. According to authorities, the governor was injured.

Earlier, there took place two explosions in Kabul as well, near the Parliament building. 38 people were killed. Taliban took the responsibility for the attacks.
