Iran, Russia and Turkey will jointly establish mechanism to observe and ensure full compliance with the ceasefire in Syria, the three nations noted following the results of the international meeting on Syria in Astana, Reuters reported.
It was noted that the three countries also confirmed the intention to fight jointly against ISIS and other terrorist groups.
Russia, Iran and Turkey are committed to the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity of Syria and consider that the military solution to the conflict in the Arab country does not exist.
