YEREVAN. - The Madrid Principles on Karabakh conflict settlement are not the end but the beginning of discussions.
One of the leaders of Ohanyan-Raffi-Oskanian bloc and former foreign minister of Armenia, Vartan Oskanian, noted the aforementioned during the march of the bloc in downtown Yerevan on Tuesday.
In his words, the Madrid Principles include the issue on the self-determination of Nagorno-Karabakh but these principles are not the end point, but conversely, the start point for the future discussions. “This should be followed by wide discussions in the public,” he added.
