Secretary of State Rex Tillerson urges to continue the fight against ISIS, DW reported.

ISIS continues to remain dangerous even after the end of major military operations in Syria, Iraq and other countries, said Secretary of State Rex Tillerson at a meeting in Kuwait of the U.S-led global coalition against ISIS. 

According to him, it is important to restore devastated regions of Syria and Iraq. The US has decided to provide an additional $200 million for humanitarian aid in liberated areas of Syria.

Tillerson opened U.S-led global coalition against Islamic State, which was attended by the representatives of over 70 countries. A coalition action plan for the next year, as well as the settlement of the situation in Syria and Iraq was included in the agenda.
