Armenian President-elect Armen Sarkissian took part in a reception at the library named after UK Prime Minister, William Ewart Gladstone on March 13, Armenian News-NEWS.am reported quoting the press service of Armen Sarkissian.
During the reception, a special prize was awarded to the chairman of the Carnegie Corporation of New York Vartan Gregorian.
