The Special Investigation Service (SIS) of Armenia has sent to CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov a writ along the lines of the ongoing criminal case into the events that had occurred in capital city Yerevan on March 1 and 2, 2008, Zhamanak daily writes quoting its sources.
Back in 2008 Khachaturov was heading the garrison in Yerevan, and, according to newspaper's reports, participated in the works at the presidential residence when the emergency situation was declared.
