YEREVAN.- Yerevan has the opportunity to hold free and fair elections after decades, Hayk Marutyan, candidate for Yerevan Mayor from the My Step bloc, announced on Sunday.
"This became a reality thanks to the revolution, made by the whole Armenian nation, "said Marutyan.
He presented the "My Step" bloc's pre-election program consisting of 50 points. The issues of transportation, garbage disposal, the organization of local referendums and other issues are included in the list.
