YEREVAN.- Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed decrees on Wednesday relieving Arman Kirakosyan from the post of ambassador to Austria, the OSCE, UN Office in Vienna and other international organizations.
By another decree Arman Kirakosyan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
