The Inter-Parliamentary Committee on Cooperation between the National Assemblies of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) today held its 14th session co-chaired by Speakers of the National Assemblies of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh in Stepanakert, reports the news service of the National Assembly of Armenia.
The session began with welcoming speeches by the heads of parliaments of both Armenian states. The political discourse over the Azerbaijan-Karabakh conflict and the reforms to be made in higher education and science in Armenia were on the agenda.
The participants of the session exchanged views on the future actions of the Committee. During the working visit, the delegation led by Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan is scheduled to pay visits to several military units of the Defense Army.
