I believe it is time to clearly state in the Constitution that people with serious mental health problems should not have the right to hold top political positions, endangering the security of the country and the citizens of the Republic of Armenia. Gagik Tsarukyan—chairman of the opposition Prosperous Armenia Party, MP, and business tycoon—wrote about this on his Facebook page.

As reported earlier, PM Nikol Pashinyan wrote on Facebook that it was hard to disagree with the minister of education, science, culture and sports.

"In the beginning, you invite foreign women to show a church. Then, being a police sergeant, you gang-rape the guests and rob them in the area of the church. Then you engage in the protection of national values and national identity. Truly a ‘patriotic’ activity," Pashinyan had added, in particular.
