Shushan Stepanyan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, on Wednesday posted a video on her Facebook page and wrote: "A period from the [military] air [operation] situation presented earlier today."
Earlier, Stepanyan had said that Azerbaijan handed over the air command of its offensive against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to the Turkish Air Force.
