YEREVAN. - Armenian refugee unity delivered a statement in connection to the visit of UN high commissioner for refugees Antonio Guterres.

The panel of the Congress of Armenian refugees from Azerbaijan states that they are dissatisfied with the position of Armenian authorities and international representatives, Armenian News-NEWS.am reports.

We strongly protest against the use of all means that perpetuate the policies of discrimination, deportation and ethnic cleansing carried out in those areas, reads the statement.

We are deeply convinced that without observing the full and unequivocal human rights principles the Karabakh conflict cannot be resolved and peace between two nations will never be established. Therefore, we hope that this declaration will encourage the High Commissioner for Refugees to take steps to establish a regular dialogue with representatives of the Union of Armenians of Azerbaijan.
