Russia and the US have agreed to reciprocally resend their ambassadors to the two countries’ capitals. This is what President of Russia Vladimir Putin said after talks with his US counterpart Joe Biden.

Putin fell short of saying when the ambassadors would be returned.

Overall, Putin said the talks were constructive, noting that even though the meeting wasn’t held in a hostile atmosphere, it proceeded in principle.
