Restoring the nuclear deal with Iran depends on its steps and the willingness of the US partners to use pressure on Tehran, US President Joe Biden said, speaking at a press conference in Rome at the end of the G20 summit, TASS reported.

The American president noted that during the G20 summit he met in Rome with his G6 colleagues to say that talks should be held.

Speaking about the possibility of resuming the operation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on the Iranian nuclear program, Biden recalled that the decision to withdraw the United States from the deal was made by the previous US administration headed by Donald Trump.

According to him, we are still suffering from a very bad decision by former President Trump to withdraw from the JCPOA.
