From 1:30am Wednesday 28, Azerbaijani armed forces’ units opened fire—from artillery—in the direction of the Armenian positions in the Martuni and Martakert regions of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), also using drones.
As a result, the Armenian side has four casualties, the Artsakh Ministry of Defense (MoD) informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The Artsakh MoD will issue an additional statement.
