A number of substations feeding the electrical system in Arsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) are under Azerbaijani control, which has led to the disruption of electricity supply. This information was confirmed by Artsakhenergo, the regional power company responsible for energy distribution in Artsakh.

Currently, Artsakhenergo CJSC is actively engaged in emergency rehabilitation efforts in Stepanakert to address the situation.

Simultaneously, negotiations are underway with the Russian peacekeeping mission to ensure the stability of the network and prevent further disruptions to the electricity supply if power becomes available.
