Azerbaijanis not only did not cease the fire yesterday at 1pm, shooting and moving in various directions for a few hours, but also continued violations today. Artak Beglaryan, former Minister of State of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), on Thursday wrote about this on X—former Twitter.
“Today morning they killed preliminarily a civilian in the occupied Haterq village, now [they are] shooting/moving to [Artsakh capital] Stepanakert,” Beglaryan added.
And earlier, he had written as follows: “Azerbaijan again violated the ceasefire & agreements. While the Artsakh delegation went to Yevlakh [city] for talks with Azerbaijani conditions, their forces started shooting at the upper side of Stepanakert, entering some residential parts there. Exchange of gunfires are heard.”
