The representatives of Russia at the Russian-Turkish peacekeeping center note the favorable disposition in the negotiations—between Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan—in Yevlakh city of Azerbaijan, no one interferes with the peacekeepers' work, and there is close cooperation from the Azerbaijani side. A representative of the Russian peacekeepers informed RIA Novosti about this.
"We work closely with the Azerbaijani, Turkish sides. No one creates obstacles in our work; on the contrary, everyone provides maximum assistance, the parties are in favorable disposition. There is complete mutual understanding and mutual assistance," said the interlocutor of aforesaid news agency.
