Former Armenian Prime Minister Vazgen Manukyan announced at a rally on Republic Square in Yerevan the names of National Committee members that will coordinate the popular movement, demanding Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s resignation over the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.

He said that the Committee should be made up of 11 people; at the moment he gave the names of five members: MPs Hayk Mamijanyan, Andranik Tevanyan, Ishkhan Saghatelyan, as well as Avetik Chalabyan and Vazgen Manukyan.

"The genocide that is happening in Artsakh because of this government will reach Armenia. Nikol Pashinyan makes an agreement at first, but says that I cannot do anything to fulfill the agreement, the other party understands that he can implement the agreement through military means," Manukyan mentioned.

Manukyan announced that they are starting mass disobedience actions. "It should be joined not only by the population of Yerevan, but also the regions," he added.
