Former Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan has published a screenshot where under the photo of two missing children from Nagorno-Karabakh Azerbaijanis left comments, saying that the “bodies of the children should be dismembered and sent to their relatives”.
“Deep hatred towards Armenians, which has been sponsored by the Azerbaijani government for years. Objective proof of that. It is this hatred that leads to unpunished Azerbaijani atrocities against Armenians.
Our specialists carry out work to record evidence of Azerbaijani criminal acts in order to provide grounds for responsibility,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
