The video footage shows the US Ambassador, together with Senator Gary Peters and the Governor of Syunik Province, observing through binoculars the illegal Azerbaijani checkpoint on the Hakari Bridge.

Trucks carrying humanitarian aid sent from Armenia are also visible.
