The first group of Artsakh citizens, about 30 people, has already arrived in Syunik, Karen Balyan, Syunik Marz Governor's advisor, told NEWS.am, adding that the first group has already been welcomed.

He said that a working group was created upon the instructions of the governor, which will deal with the problems of those transferred from Artsakh.

Asked where the citizens are going to be accommodated, Balyan said: “Wherever possible, both in villages and cities.”
