Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian met with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Jeyhun Bayramov, as reported by IRNA.
The meeting took place in New York on the sidelines of the 78th UN General Assembly.
Bayramov expressed satisfaction with the recent meetings of various delegations from the two countries and the results achieved. He assessed the results of recent meetings between various senior officials of the two countries as constructive and promising and expressed his readiness to take new constructive steps between the two countries.
Previously, Amir Abdollahian met with his colleagues from other countries, including Armenia, Sweden, and Saudi Arabia.
