On September 24, President Samvel Shahramanyan met with citizens who were evacuated due to recent hostilities, left homeless, and are currently located near the permanent location of Russian peacekeepers in the village of Ivanyan. This was reported by the Artsakh Information Center.

The statement further reads: 'This group of citizens has expressed a desire to move to their relatives in the Republic of Armenia. Following the agreement reached, a decision has been made to allocate 30 buses to ensure the smooth transportation of these citizens to the Republic of Armenia.

After completing the process of transporting citizens who have been left homeless and in difficult situations, all our compatriots who wish to relocate to the Republic of Armenia will have this opportunity in the coming months. The government will also organize the provision of the necessary fuel for this purpose.

We kindly ask those citizens who were not forced to leave their homes and communities as a result of hostilities to remain calm and wait for official information regarding this relocation process.

Considering the challenges posed by the population's displacement, we urge everyone to avoid panic, unrest, violence, and criminal activities. Please exercise restraint and help maintain law and order.

We would like to assure you that law enforcement agencies are monitoring this process around the clock, and they have been instructed to carry out preventive work.'
