The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs will arrive in Armenia on February 17, spokesperson for Armenian Foreign Ministry Tigran Balayan tweeted.
He said the mediators will hold meetings with President Serzh Sargsyan and Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.
In their recent statement the Co-Chairs said they are prepared to host an intensified negotiation process that can bring to a peaceful end a conflict that has scarred the region for too long. "We strongly urge the sides to find the political will to begin this process immediately without excuses,” the OSCE statement reads.
