Armenia’s Security Council secretary, Armen Grigoryan, will travel to Moscow on November 5 to take part in the 13th meeting of the secretaries of the Security Councils of CIS member states. This is stated in a government decision.
To note, this will be the first time in the past three years that Grigoryan will participate in a meeting of the CIS countries’ Security Council secretaries.
