December 12, 2009 Perm fire 144th victim died in St. Petersburg hospital.

11 people died in Moscow after the Perm fire on Dec. 5, Interfax reports referring to local physicians. Today, a 37 year-old Marina Shaposhnikova died in Djanelidze Research Institute of Emergency Medicine in St. Petersburg, Vesti informs.

The health state of other patients in different clinics is esteemed as grave.

More than 10 investigators and criminal experts of Perm investigation agency who arrived first to the accident scene consulted the doctors suspected poisoning. They were inspecting the building staying inside for quite a while. Medical check up revealed minor intoxication, thus the officers were offered to undergo out-patient treatment.

Thus, as of Dec. 12, there are 87 people in hospitals, of which 57 — in Moscow, 19 — in St. Petersburg, 4 — in Chelyabinsk and 7 — in Perm.
