Polish court adopted resolution on deportation of 10 Georgian citizens who were among the refugees capturing train at the railway station of Legnica (Poland), December 15. They will be in the close camp for refugees until the execution of judgment.

According to Georgian media, they went on hunger strike opposing the court decision.

Earlier Georgian Ambassador to Poland Konstantin Kavtaradze stated that the detained actively resisted law enforcers.

Another 22 citizens of Georgia involved in the incident who offered no resistance to police expect a refugee status to be grated.

The train heading from Poland to Dresden was seized by more than 200 refugees from the Caucasus, December 15. It was stopped by police on the German border while refugees were returned to Poland, despite their demands to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
