Nagorno-Karabakh Parliament MPs approved 2010 draft budget.
In 2009 NKR government successfully overcame obstacles related to global crisis, parliament factions’ leaders said at the session.
NKR Finance Minister Spartak Tevosyan introduced the final draft based on the proposals of parliamentary factions and MPs.
The document was adopted with a vote of 28 for and 1 abstention.
