Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan accused Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev of threatening new war in Nagorno-Karabakh.
In an interview with Reuters, President Sargsyan said Azerbaijan is accumulating a “horrendous quantity” of arms, adding that Armenia wants peaceful solution to the conflict.
“Now 18 years after the signing of this ceasefire agreement, Azerbaijan threatens us with a new war,” Reuters quotes Sargsyan.
