Russian Federation citizen of Armenian origin was arrested in Turkey suspected of hit and run accident.
According to Halkgazetesi website, a man of 40 died as a result of pedestrian accident on Samsun-Ordu highway.
RF citizen Varuzhan Manukyan engaged in supply of Armenian grapes to Russia was arrested in Samsun port. Manukyan was detained when trying to load his truck on the vessel and sail to Russia.
