STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan on Tuesday met first deputy head of the General Staff of Armenia’s Armed forces, lieutenant-general Enrico Apryamov.
Issues related to army building were discussed during the meeting.
NKR defense minister, lieutenant-general Movses Hakobyan participated in the talks.
