YEREVAN. – Vienna-based Arshaluis Chknavoryan, who held high positions in UN for long years and implemented a variety of programs in around 130 countries, is in Armenia these days, 168 Zham daily reports.  

“Now, she is holding talks with Armenia’s respective officials toward creating alternative energy in our country.

‘My proposed plan is a major project that is planned to be implemented not solely in rural areas, but also in the regional centers [of Armenia], [and] in the capital city [Yerevan],’ Chknavoryan told 168 Zham in an interview,” the daily writes.
