YEREVAN. – The Fête de la Musique, also known as World Music Day, will be celebrated in Armenia on Friday, June 21.
To note, the Fête de la Musique began on June 21, 1982 at the initiative of the Ministry of Culture of France. Now, it is celebrated in over 110 countries and 430 cities. Armenia joined these festivities in 2007.
On the occasion of the Fête de la Musique, French Ambassador to Armenia, Henri Reynaud, will hold a press conference at the French Embassy on Thursday.
