STEPANAKERT. – In accordance with the arrangement reached with the authorities of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), the OSCE Mission will conduct a planned monitoring of the line of contact between the armed forces of NKR and Azerbaijan.

The monitoring will be held on Thursday and near Talish village of NKR’s Martakert Region.

From the positions of the NKR Defense Army, the monitoring will be conducted by Christo Christov (Bulgaria) and Jiri Aberle (Czech Republic), Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office. From the opposite side, the monitoring team will be led by Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, NKR MFA Press Service informs.

The NKR authorities have expressed their readiness to assist in holding the monitoring and to ensure the security of the members of the OSCE mission.
