“[They remain silent] in response to the views and political analyses that the [opposition bloc] ANC [i.e., the Armenian National Congress] and PAP have made a covenant of close cooperation, and referring to the fact that the ANCP [i.e., the Armenian National Congress Party] is trying to get active, whereas PAP is becoming more silent.
“Iravunk tried to find out from the PAP MPs whether there is a mutual agreement between the two aforesaid parties. But they [i.e., the PAP MPs] had switched off [their] mobile phones in seeming unison,” Iravunk writes.
