President of OSCE PA Ranko Krivokapic decided not to deploy election observation mission to Azerbaijan to monitor the October 9 presidential elections.
The scheduled date for the presidential election coincides with the Assembly's meeting in Budva on October 13-15, APA reported quoting OSCE PA press service.
However, the PA OSCE decided to send a mission to Georgia to monitor presidential elections scheduled for October 27.
