YEREVAN. – A new principle of market formation is necessary to control and regulate the pricing, head of Marxist part Davit Hakobyan said.

The market should be formed by public and private capital, by competition between public and private entities, he added.

“No matter how many illegal commissions Mayor Taron Margaryan and the municipality form, y, they are still forced to nationalize at least 50% of public transportation,” he said.

As noted by David Hakobyan, Armenia needs early parliamentary elections, as well as a new economic policy.

“The Armenian people are in danger. The Armenians must unite to the change of power. Each social revolt is the result of political defects,” he concluded.
