STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan on Friday signed a decree to adopt a strategic program of justice reforms in the NKR for the period of 2013-2017.
According to the decree, a working group headed by NKR justice minister Ararat Danielyan was formed to carry out the program.
