STEPANAKERT. – Karen Nersisyan has been appointed chairman of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic’s National Statistical Service.
President Bako Sahakyan on Tuesday signed a decree appointing Nersisyan to the post of a chairman with 6-year term in office.
