Weapon supplies to the parties lead to more bloodshed in Syria, UN Secretary General said.
Speaking at the 100th anniversary of the Peace Palace in the Hague, he said dialogue and diplomatic solution is the best approach, ITAR-TASS reported.
The UN inspectors will need four days to finalize their work and analyze the situation on possible use of chemical weapons, he added.
