YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan will leave for Moscow on September 3 to meet with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, Zhamanak daily writes.

According to the newspaper, the main issue to be discussed is initialing of the Association Agreement during the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius this November.

“The sources close to the government claim that even now when everything seems to be agreed with Brussels and signing of EU-Armenia Association Agreement seems to be indivertible, nevertheless everything will be decided during the September 3 meeting between Armenian and Russian presidents,” the newspaper writes.
