YEREVAN. – Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to set up a special committee on constitutional reforms.
The presidential committee must present the concept of constitutional reforms by April 20, 2014. In ten months after the concept is approved the committee will present the draft on constitutional reforms.
Under presidential decree, Siranush Sahakyan is appointed secretary of a special committee on constitutional reforms.
