YEREVAN. – During the next Armenian National Assembly (NA) four-day session, which will get underway on Monday, the date of the parliamentary hearings, during which senior MFA officials will provide information on the Armenia-EU Association Agreement, will become clear. 

Naira Zohrabyan, Chairwoman of the NA Standing Committee on European Integration and Secretary of the Prosperous Armenia Party NA Faction, told the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am.   

In Zohrabyan’s words, the format issue will be discussed with the MFA representatives,

“The MFA representatives do not have to provide information during the session; this can be done separately, with participation by the representatives of the parliamentary factions. The format will be approved on Monday,” she added.   

To note, as a result of Tuesday’s talks that were held in Moscow between Armenian and Russian Presidents Serzh Sargsyan and Vladimir Putin, it was announced that Armenia plans to join the Customs Union and subsequently engage in the formation of the Eurasian Economic Union.
